Effective date: May 25, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using our services.
1. Acceptance of Agreement
By accessing the SwingFix AI platform, subscribing to credits, or uploading swing captures, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, do not download, install, or use the service.
2. AI Coaching & Medical Disclaimer
SwingFix AI provides automated biomechanical feedback based on computer vision keypoint models. Our AI coaches prescribe golf drills that are instructional suggestions only. Golf is a physical activity involving risk. You are solely responsible for practicing safely. Consult a physician before starting any new physical training program.
3. Credit Packages & Payments
Transactions on SwingFix AI are facilitated securely through Stripe. Credits purchased via Starter, Mid, or Pro plans are non-transferable and can only be redeemed within the SwingFix AI portal. Refunds are subject to our customer service review and are generally processed only if the system fails to deliver a diagnostic report due to technical error.
4. Video Uploads & Privacy
By uploading a swing capture video, you grant SwingFix AI a secure, royalty-free, and temporary license to process, analyze, and store the footage on Google Cloud Storage. We do not sell or share your video recordings or personal profiles with third parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SwingFix AI and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our biomechanics coaching systems.
